Danielle came to Meridian from a background in industrial engineering, where she spent eight years designing and optimizing operational systems for manufacturing and distribution businesses. She brings a structured, data-informed approach to every engagement — mapping processes with precision and identifying inefficiencies that less rigorous methods tend to miss. At Meridian, she leads systems design work and is the primary author of most Growth Playbook deliverables.
