Rebecca joined Meridian after ten years working inside mid-market professional services and logistics businesses, where she led operational redesign across finance, delivery and client management functions. She specializes in workflow design and cross-functional alignment, and has a track record of turning informal, person-dependent processes into systems that hold up at scale. She leads some of Meridian's most complex process design engagements and works closely with client teams throughout implementation.
