Ethan founded Meridian in 2022 after fifteen years as an operator inside mid-market companies across manufacturing, distribution and professional services. Before starting the firm, he served as COO at two separate businesses — overseeing operational restructuring, post-acquisition integration and the systems work that determines whether a company can actually scale. He leads Meridian's most complex engagements and is involved in every client relationship from initial discovery through final delivery.
